Reservation Policy
Recharge Hair and Skin Salon (“Recharge Salon”) wants to provide the best service possible to all clients. For clients who cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time or do not show at all will be required to place a valid credit card on file to secure all future appointments. Your card will not be charged at time of booking. We fully understand that things happen and we are willing to work with you, but please keep in mind that all future late cancellations (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) are subject to be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, keep our schedule filled for future guests and to fairly compensate our service providers.

Payment
Recharge Salon accepts: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Personal Checks (from local residents with valid identification). Gratuities are not permitted on gift cards.

Returns/Exchanges/Re-Dos
If you purchase a Kevin Murphy or Dermalogica product here and don’t like it, bring it back within 7 days and we will exchange it for something you do like or refund your money with a receipt. We don’t like paying for stuff we don't like either and we really do want to keep you happy. On the other hand, if you bring back something that’s all but empty and tell us you didn’t like it, we’re probably going to look at you funny. We take unhappy customers very seriously.
 
Refunds are NOT given on services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with your service(s), you must contact us within 7 days with your concerns and we will do everything possible to make sure you are happy. A new client having their hair colored or highlighted for the first time by a new stylist must be aware that results can vary due to many factors. Keeping this in mind, a client’s desired target color/style may require further treatments that are not included in the price of the first service.


Children in the Salon
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are having a serviced performed.  Don’t get the wrong idea; we love kids, we have kids, but the salon is not a good place for them. The last thing we want is to drop a bowl of hair color, a pair of scissors or a hot flat iron into your baby’s lap. Pricing for children’s services is generally below that of adults, but if your child has a full head of thick hair they will be charged adult pricing, because the length of time it takes to perform the service is the same as an adult.

Gift Certificates
Recharge Salon Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. There is no expiration on Recharge Salon Gift Certificates. You can purchase Recharge Salon Gift Certificates at the salon.  

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. We do not permit gratuities to be left on credit cards and gift certificates used to pay for products or services. However, if you choose to leave a tip, you may pay your service provider to his/her personal Square account or leave cash.

Late Arrival
We usually make it work, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or wait if there is another appointment scheduled between your service. Our service providers are scheduled with back to back appointments, which means if they start one guest late, every guest thereafter will be seen late.  Sometimes we can catch up and sometimes we can’t. It depends on what types of appointments are scheduled after yours and the availability of other staff to help. Therefore, a late arrival may subtract time away from your service. It is suggested that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for proper check in.

Electronic Devices
As a courtesy to other guests we ask that you please silence your cell phones and use headphones for your electronic devices while in the salon. If you need to make a phone call while you are receiving a service we ask that you please use your inside voice so the salon staff and clients do not listen to your private conversation.

Privacy Policy
Recharge Salon does not share any information received with any third party. Credit Cards held on file are safely secured.
